Is the device a dedicated physical machine?

Plans are delivered asstandalone Mac modelsfor remote development, builds, and desktop use. Whether the entire machine is dedicated and resource isolation details are governed by thecontract and ticket/delivery notes; after logging in, you can view your current instance specs and connection info in the dashboard.

Are bandwidth and IP dedicated?

Plans are labeled with1Gbps dedicated bandwidthanddedicated IPv4(refer to the pricing page andplan detailsfor specifics). If a shared spec exists, it will be noted on the order page.

Which data center regions are available?

When ordering on the pricing page you can choose:Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Canada. After activation, the IP and egress routes are configured based on your selected region. For more details, seeplan details.

How do I connect via VNC?

After your instance is activated, log in to theDashboard, go to the "My Machines" card, and openVNCor navigate toRemote Desktop (VNC)and connect using your order number and token as instructed. Do not share connection details publicly.

How do I connect via SSH?

Log in to the dashboard and find theSSH command example(host, port, username, etc.) on the corresponding machine card. Use the key or password you received and run the connection in your local terminal. Do not commit private keys to untrusted environments.

How do I power on / off / reboot?

In "My Machines", use thepower actions(power on / off / reboot) on the target instance. These actions are linked to theticket system; they are executed by ops staff and the status is written back — not an instant virtual button.

What is the "Multi-Mac Bridge" service? (Thunderbolt 5)

This refers to high-speed multi-machine interconnection viaThunderbolt 5as anadd-on, suitable for multi-machine collaboration. On thepricing page, check the "bridge" add-on to bundle it with your main billing cycle. See pricing in theplan detailsvalue-added services table.

How soon after purchase will my instance be activated?

After payment, the process enters theticket and activation workflow. The exact time varies bystock, review, and configuration. Track progress in your order and dashboard. Once activated, you will typically be notified by email or in-app notification.

How do I view my device configuration?

Log in to theDashboardand checkAccount Overview / Instance Managementfor CPU, memory, disk, IP, region, and connection entry details.

How do I check order status, expiry date, and renewal history?

After logging in, go to the billing/order section of theDashboard(e.g., "My Ledger", "Invoice List", or order list) to vieworder status, billing cycle, expiry date, and renewal history.Monthly / Quarterlysubscriptions auto-renew if not cancelled before expiry;Dailybilling is a one-time purchase. If you ordered as a guest, log in with the same browser to merge your order.
