Terms of Service
Please read the following terms carefully before using this site. By registering, logging in, or placing an order, you acknowledge you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Provisions & Scope
1.1 These terms are entered into between you and Hashvps ("we" or "platform") regarding the use of cloud Mac computing resources and related services ("Services").
1.2 The Services are available to natural persons, legal entities, or organizations with full legal capacity. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have obtained sufficient authorization.
1.3 Privacy Policyconstitutes a supplement to these terms with separate provisions for personal data processing. Please also read thePrivacy Policy.
2. Service Description & Orders
2.1 The Services include but are not limited to: providing a remote Mac environment, network access, dashboard display, and activation and after-sales processes related to orders. Specific specs are governed by theplan details page, pricing page, and order confirmation.
2.2 You may select a model, billing cycle, data center, and add-ons on the pricing page and submit an order. If youorder before logging in, you must complete account binding or registration in the subsequent process; otherwise delivery and after-sales may be affected.
2.3 After payment, the system will configure and activate resources according to internal procedures. Activation time is subject to inventory, region, and review factors anddoes not constitute a fixed time commitment, unless otherwise agreed in the order or written agreement.
3. Pricing, Payment & Billing Cycles
3.1 Prices are based on what is displayed at the time of ordering. Currency and tax details are governed by the payment gateway and local regulations.
3.2 Dailybilling is generally a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal.Monthly / Quarterlyand other subscription billing cycles mayauto-renewand charge your linked payment method if not actively cancelled before expiry.
3.3 You must complete payment through the platform-designated payment channels. Fees or exchange rate differences arising from third-party processors are handled per those processors' rules.
4. Account & Security
4.1 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, passwords, verification codes, and API keys secure. Losses resulting from your failure to do so are your own responsibility.
4.2 Upon discovering unauthorized use, please notify us immediately and update your credentials. We may restrict login or freeze orders when we reasonably suspect a security risk.
4.3 You can update your access password via thepassword resetflow (email verification code) in the login dialog, or via "Change Password" in the dashboard. The password must be8–16characters, and must consist ofvisible characterson an English keyboard (letters, numbers, and symbols); no Chinese characters, spaces, or emoji.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
5.1 You agree to use the Services only within the scope permitted by law and must not use the Services for activities including but not limited to:
- Actions violating laws and regulations of mainland China, the service jurisdiction, or your own jurisdiction;
- Infringing upon intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or trade secrets of others;
- Distributing malware, conducting network attacks, or performing unauthorized penetration testing;
- Sending spam, phishing messages, or engaging in other harassing behavior;
- Mining, click fraud, or other abuse that may compromise resource fairness or platform stability (unless we have granted written permission).
5.2 We reserve the right to issue warnings, throttle, suspend instances, terminate services, and cooperate with regulators in cases of abuse.
6. Data, Network & IP
6.1 Data you store or process in your instance isyour responsibility to back up and keep compliant. We bear liability for data loss caused by force majeure, maintenance, or your own actions to the extent permitted by law.
6.2 Network quality, latency, and availability are subject to multiple factors. We do not guarantee performance in specific use cases unless separately defined in an SLA.
6.3 IP addresses are allocated based on the selected data center;dedicated IPv4and similar terms are governed by product documentation. You may not use resources to send illegal content or to get IPs blacklisted.
7. Service Changes, Interruptions & Termination
7.1 We may change, suspend, or terminate some services due to upgrades, maintenance, compliance, or business adjustments. We will provide notice wherever possible.
7.2 You may unsubscribe or stop using the service at any time. Whether refunds apply to paid but unconsumed portions is governed by Section 8 and any special order terms.
7.3 If you seriously breach these terms or have outstanding balances, we may suspend or terminate services and reserve the right to pursue recovery.
8. Refunds, Disclaimers & Liability Limitations
8.1 Refund conditions, processes, and timelines are governed bysupplementary notes to these terms, the order page, and customer service / ticket responses. Some promotional or custom orders may be marked as non-refundable.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable forindirect losses, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruptions, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8.3 We disclaim liability for service issues caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, your own actions, or matters beyond our reasonable control.
9. Term Amendments & Notices
9.1 We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified via website announcements, pop-ups, or email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
9.2 If you disagree with the amendments, you should stop using the Services and settle any outstanding fees.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 The formation, validity, and interpretation of these terms shall be governed bythe laws of mainland China.
10.2 Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute toa people's court of competent jurisdiction.
